Arched Shutters — Custom Decorative Aluminum Craftsmanship

Our Arched Shutters are designed to highlight architectural curves and create a strong visual statement. Crafted entirely from aluminum and built to order, these shutters are ideal for arched windows, rounded openings, and decorative façades where standard shutters cannot achieve the same level of detail.

Each arched shutter is custom-fabricated to match the exact radius and dimensions of your project. Using precision bending, welding, and finishing techniques, we create smooth, continuous curves that integrate seamlessly with the structure, enhancing symmetry and architectural character.

These shutters are designed as decorative architectural elements, adding depth, elegance, and distinction to residential and commercial exteriors.

    ABOUT US

Valencia Welding specializes in ornamental metalwork. We work with a wide range of metals, from aluminum and wrought iron to more premium metals.

At Valencia Welding, craftsmanship goes far beyond railings or simple staircases. It extends to the entire concept — from decorative perimeter fences and grand entrance gates to elaborate skylights and even an impressive security door featuring meticulous details such as textured paint finishes that completely redefine what a metal security door can be.

    Our History

    1997–2005

A One-Man Workshop With Big Ambition

Valencia Welding was founded in 1997 as a one-man metalworking shop handling just a handful of projects each year.
During these early years, the company built a strong foundation in craftsmanship—designing, fabricating, and welding every piece by hand.
Commitment to quality and precision quickly earned the trust of local homeowners and contractors.

    2006–2013

    Steady Growth & Expanding Capabilities

Demand grew, and so did the workshop.
Valencia Welding expanded its services to include polishing, painting, and full installations—becoming a complete, full-service solution for decorative metalwork in South Florida.
The company began fabricating a wider range of products:

    • Indoor and outdoor spiral staircases

    • Pool gates and pedestrian gates

    • Driveway entrances

    • Custom architectural metal features

This period established Valencia Welding as a reliable, multi-disciplinary metal fabrication business.

    2014–2020

    Professional Equipment & Technical Advancement

To support larger and more complex projects, Valencia Welding upgraded its fabrication shop with professional-grade machinery, including:

    • A 15-foot press brake

    • A 10-foot steel roller/bender

    • A 5-ton forging hydraulic hammer

These tools gave the company a competitive advantage—allowing it to produce fully custom ironwork in-house with unmatched precision.
Production capacity increased dramatically, growing from a few yearly jobs to more than 30 projects running simultaneously.

    2021–Present

Experts in Architectural & Ornamental Metalwork

Today, Valencia Welding is a respected South Florida metal contracting company specializing in:

    • Ornamental metal railings for stairs

    • Balcony handrails

    • Custom architectural metalwork

    • Premium decorative aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and bronze fabrications
